Pendo Guides

As part of the UX Research team with our organization, we were responsible for managing all Pendo operations. We leverage Pendo to:

  • Design and launch in-app guides for users

  • Collect user feedback through targeted surveys

  • Announce new feature releases

  • Deliver notices to specific user groups or subdomains

  • Create user segments for personalized experiences

  • Monitor usage metrics and engagement levels

  • Analyze user journeys and behavioral paths

  • Collect and monitor NPS data
