As part of the UX Research team with our organization, we were responsible for managing all Pendo operations. We leverage Pendo to:
Design and launch in-app guides for users
Collect user feedback through targeted surveys
Announce new feature releases
Deliver notices to specific user groups or subdomains
Create user segments for personalized experiences
Monitor usage metrics and engagement levels
Analyze user journeys and behavioral paths
Collect and monitor NPS data
